Summary:
A lead manufacturer of precision-engineered products is seeking a Toolmaker / Machine Shop Technician to work in Evesham. The role involves working with both manual and CNC machinery to support production needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain manual lathes, millers, and surface grinders.
Utilize CNC vertical miller (experience preferred but not essential).
Collaborate with the production team to ensure precision and quality.
Maintain/repair and produce press tools when necessary.
Assist in maintenance on power presses in the press-shop.
Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role within a toolroom or machine shop.
Strong proficiency with manual machinery; CNC knowledge is a bonus.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Proactive and adaptable mindset to support a busy production team.
