The Opportunity

Sunwing Airlines is seeking Seasonal Flight Attendants for our Toronto Base to help make vacation dreams come true. As a Seasonal Flight Attendant, you will be the face of our airline, providing exceptional customer service with a friendly and helpful attitude. You will maintain a calm, professional demeanor and ensure a safe and enjoyable flight experience for our passengers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service as directed by the company
• Adhere to company safety policies and regulatory requirements
• Follow all policies and procedures outlined in the InFlight manuals
• Maintain competency in safety and emergency protocols
• Provide first aid when needed
• Operate safety and emergency equipment
• Comply with company uniform standards
• Keep valid personal travel documents and meet company medical requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service experience is an asset
• Fluency in both English and French is an asset
• Successfully complete a five-week training program
• Medically fit to meet all physical requirements of the role
• Valid Canadian passport allowing travel to all countries served by Sunwing Airlines
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to swim
• Able to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and travel frequently
