Summary:
TSP Ltd is looking for a Senior Designer/Creative Manager to join their team in North Oxfordshire. This role is ideal for a hands-on, experienced designer with a strong background in graphic design and experience in leading a team. As a senior member, you will manage multiple projects, ensuring high creative standards are met while meeting deadlines and production schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead design projects from concept to completion, including presentations, tenders, and bids
Manage work allocation for the design team
Oversee project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
Maintain high creative standards across all design projects
Requirements:
Proven graphic design background with a strong portfolio
Team leadership or supervisory experience
Proficiency in Mac and all major Adobe Creative Suite software
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment
