Summary:
A manufacturing company, serving industries including Aerospace, is looking to recruit a Quality Manager to oversee quality activities across three sites. You will be working with a team of three and will be responsible for setting and managing the overall quality strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Set quality strategy and policies.
Lead/manage the quality management system (AS9100 / AS9120).
Manage key quality metrics and KPIs.
Oversee day-to-day quality operations.
Ensure regulatory compliance.
Interface with customers.
Manage non-conformities.
Build and lead the quality team.
Requirements:
Proven Quality Manager experience in manufacturing/engineering (Aerospace experience is a plus).
Proactive and able to liaise with staff, departments, customers, and suppliers.
Supporting qualifications would be beneficial.
Must be able to drive for travel to other sites.
