Role Responsibilities:
Follow strict health and safety standards.
Perform Electrical Lineman tasks such as:Rigging tasks
Blocking and suspension work
Earthing-related tasks
Jumpering tasks
Steel replacement on-site
Accurately interpret technical drawings.
Demonstrate a conscientious and hardworking approach.
Collaborate with the team and support managerial decisions.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Electrical Lineman.
Experience working at height.
Practical experience with HV Transmission Lines.
Knowledge of High Voltage OHL Tension/Stringing.
Familiarity with tower assembly techniques.
Additional Skills (Desirable):
Relevant qualifications for the role.
Experience with puller/tensioner, erection, or tractor winch operations.
A valid UK driving license (conversion support available).
