Customer Service Advisor
Temporary with a chance to go permanent
Salary: £23,795 per year
Hours: Must be flexible to work shifts between 7am – 7pm Monday – Sunday / 1 weekend in 3

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will effectively and professionally resolve customer enquiries promptly and ensure the best service is provided to all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide effective and professional service to all customers.
• Deliver the right outcomes for all callers.
• Handle complaints effectively, delivering resolutions and customer satisfaction.
• Take inbound calls promptly.
• Identify customers’ needs and demonstrate effective problem-solving techniques.
• Keep up to date with policies and products.
• Build growing and sustainable relationships by going the extra mile.
• Handle calls of a sensitive nature in potentially distressing situations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and systems.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience in some form of customer service role is a must.
• A natural passion for delivering exceptional customer service and confidence when speaking to customers.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage your time wisely to meet call handle time.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to learn new systems.
• Ability to multi-task and use various systems while engaging with customers over the phone.
