Job Overview
As a Compliance Manager, you will ensure our company follows all relevant laws and regulations. Your expertise will help maintain a culture of compliance, minimizing risks and protecting sensitive data. You will collaborate with different departments to implement security policies, conduct risk assessments, and train employees on best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Customer and Sales Compliance Support:
- Be the main contact for compliance questions from sales prospects and customers.
- Complete compliance questionnaires and maintain a library of answers.
- Compliance Program Management:
- Develop compliance policies, processes, and training programs.
- Conduct internal audits and suggest improvements.
- Ensure compliance with standards like GDPR and ISO27001.
- Monitor regulatory changes and advise leadership.
- Reporting and Communication:
- Update internal teams about compliance obligations.
- Prepare reports for senior management and the Board of Directors.
- Maintain documentation of compliance activities.
- Vendor and Partner Compliance:
- Evaluate and monitor compliance of third-party vendors.
- Conduct due diligence on vendor agreements.
Requirements:
- Experience in compliance or a related role in financial technology.
- Knowledge of investment management or SaaS is a plus.
- Understanding of data privacy laws, including GDPR.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CISSP) are advantageous.
