Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, induct, and train employees in line with Subway® brand standards. Lead by example!
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Receive deliveries, verify orders, and manage daily banking procedures.
• Prepare necessary paperwork related to stock and sales, including employee pay and timesheets.
• Manage cash balances and minimize wastage.
• Ensure 100% compliance with Subway® and council guidelines.
• Conduct inventory management and stock control, including weekly stocktakes and reports.
• Analyse the Weekly Sales & Inventory Report to enhance business performance.
• Oversee housekeeping to maintain store cleanliness and presentation.
• Implement in-store marketing materials and Point of Purchase (POP) displays aligned with campaigns.
• Enforce safety procedures to prevent injuries and provide a secure environment for employees and customers.
• Foster a culture of high customer service standards among staff.
• Handle unresolved or escalated customer complaints with professionalism.
• Provide excellent service in product knowledge, sales, inquiries, and catering to customer needs.

Qualifications:

You may currently hold a position as a Catering Manager, Store Manager, Restaurant Manager, or have experience as a Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Deputy Manager in a fast-paced retail environment.
