Responsibilities:

  • Recruiter:
    • Send emails to attract candidates
    • Find candidates using online platforms
    • Review resumes and application forms
    • Conduct interviews
    • Create and distribute tests
    • Advertise jobs on various platforms
    • Provide qualified candidates to hiring managers
    • Send job offers and answer compensation queries
    • Track HR metrics
    • Host recruitment events and job fairs
    • Work with management to plan future staffing needs
  • Customer Service Specialist/Customer Care Specialist:
    • Handle customer calls
    • Ensure timely and accurate service
    • Resolve issues in the first call when possible
    • Follow client service agreements
    • Maintain service attendance and policies
    • Document and follow up on customer issues
    • Suggest operational improvements

Salary:

  • For all positions, the salary is approximately Rs 23,300 to Rs 29,160 per month. This may vary. Check the official notification for exact details.

Age Limit:

  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old. There is no upper age limit.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Customer Care Specialist: 12th grade pass or any graduate degree
  • Recruiter/Customer Service Specialist: Any graduate degree
