Job Description
Our client’s Asset Finance & Leasing Tax Group offers expert tax advice to a diverse range of institutions, including:

Banks
Manufacturers
Financial institutions
Private equity firms
Rolling stock leasing companies
In this role, you’ll:

Oversee tax compliance and provide advisory services
Deliver structuring and debt-based tax advice
Identify opportunities across other tax risk areas such as tax technology and compliance
Engage in pre and post-deal tax advisory and work directly on transaction structuring
This position offers high-level exposure to complex tax matters within credit, leasing, and infrastructure sectors.

Minimum Requirements
ACA or CTA qualification, or international equivalent
Relevant experience considered in place of formal qualifications
Strong interest in Asset Finance, Leasing, Credit, or Infrastructure
Sound knowledge of accounting concepts, especially tax accounting
Numerate, literate, and confident in financial analysis
Proven ability to develop yourself and mentor others
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Long-term commitment to a career in tax
