As a leader within our store, your role is pivotal in driving profitability and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. By meeting or exceeding sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for your designated area, you contribute directly to store profitability. You will coordinate team members to deliver outstanding service, assume managerial responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager, and uphold our brand values consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze performance data regularly and adjust strategies to achieve commercial success in your area.
- Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources and streamline processes to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
- Customer Service: Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service and ensure all customers’ expectations are met or exceeded.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate your team to maintain optimal service levels and uphold the brand’s values.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the brand positively and consistently embody its attitude and values.
- Category Expertise: Utilize advanced product knowledge to drive sales and foster customer loyalty in your designated area.
- Training and Development: Train and guide team members on foundational and seasonal product knowledge to enhance their capabilities.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure consistent execution of visual merchandising and in-store communication standards.
- Stock Management: Oversee merchandise delivery processing and maintain an organized stockroom to ensure product availability on the sales floor.
- Loss Prevention: Implement and adhere to all loss prevention procedures to protect store assets.
- Safety and Productivity: Maintain a safe and productive environment for both customers and team members.
- Team Development: Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members to foster a cohesive and skilled workforce.
- Coaching and Motivation: Coach and motivate individuals to achieve their best performance and share best practices to enhance overall team performance.
- Continuous Learning: Complete training programs and seek opportunities for continuous improvement and personal development.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Communication and Organization: Strong abilities in communication and organization are essential.
- Relationship Building: Proficiency in building and maintaining relationships with team members and customers alike.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership qualities to guide and inspire a team effectively.
- Retail Operations: In-depth knowledge of retail operations, including sales strategies and customer service best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably at least 4 years of experience supervising teams in fashion/sport retail environments.
- Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
