Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive finance leader to join our Value-Added Services (VAS) Finance team. The senior analyst will work closely with the team to provide financial insights, support planning and budgeting, and manage month-end reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and manage both quantitative and qualitative analyses, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, business case development, pricing analysis, and more.
- Support key business initiatives and deal reviews.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executives and staff.
- Gain a deep understanding of the business’s strategies and priorities.
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance decision-making and efficiency.
- Show strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills.
- Work well in a team, be flexible, and present ideas clearly.
- Work independently with minimal supervision and make well-informed decisions.
Work Arrangement:
This role is hybrid, meaning you can work both remotely and in the office. You are expected to work in the office 2-3 days a week, depending on the company’s needs.
Eligibility:

Qualifications:
Basic:
- 5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 2 years with an advanced degree, or no experience with a PhD.
Preferred:
- 4-6 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 4+ years with an advanced degree, or up to 3 years with a PhD in finance, engineering, accounting, or a related field.
- Experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel, Access, Hyperion, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Experience in the payment industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of Visa’s systems and practices is a strong advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with different teams and levels of management.
- Ability to handle large data sets and create clear business stories from complex analyses.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without work visa sponsorship.
Additional Information:
- Work Hours: Varies based on department needs.
- Travel: Requires 5-10% travel.
- Physical Requirements: The job will be performed in an office setting, involving sitting and standing at a desk, and using office equipment.

Salary Information for U.S. Applicants:
The estimated annual salary for this role ranges from $118,500 to $171,750, which may include additional incentives. Salary may vary based on factors such as experience and location. This position may also offer bonuses and equity, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and more.
