Job Duties:

• License Requirements: Must have appropriate state and federal licenses. Drivers transporting workers need valid Federal Farm Labor Contractor or Employee Registration with driving authorization.
• Vehicle Operation: Operate farm vehicles for crop transportation. Safely drive buses transporting workers to and from work sites.
• Driving Record: Provide proof of accident-free driving history and pass background checks.
• Regulations: Workers may undergo random drug/alcohol tests at no cost. Non-compliance may lead to immediate termination.
• Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts and other equipment for moving supplies and harvesting tools. Maintain harvest equipment.
• Physical Demands: Lift up to 80 pounds, work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and follow instructions from supervisors and dispatchers.
• Environmental Conditions: Work in dusty, hot, cold, and inclement weather conditions. Handle encounters with ants, snakes, and poison ivy.
• Maintenance Work: Perform truck and farm equipment maintenance, including repairs and irrigation.
• Cell Phone Use: Strictly prohibited during work hours, except for work-related calls or emergencies. Violations may result in immediate termination.
