Your expertise will drive product delivery across various teams and ensure smooth execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
Empower Delivery Teams: Ensure efficient product delivery across various product families.
Resolve Issues: Proactively identify and address issues that may impede progress.
Assist Product Manager: Support the Product Manager and Head of English Exam Solutions in goal setting and project planning.
Scrum Master Role: Act as a scrum master when necessary.
Manage Stakeholders: Handle internal and external stakeholders, keeping communication clear and timely.
Incident Resolution: Take ownership of incident investigations, resolving major issues efficiently.
Promote Agile Culture: Cultivate an agile mindset and foster a positive team environment.
Team Collaboration: Engage in internal communities and guilds to help shape team culture and processes.
About You:
Communication: Ability to explain technical details to non-technical audiences effectively.
Team Motivation: Skilled at motivating teams to meet deadlines and maintain a positive working environment.
Innovation & Service: Balance innovation with service stability.
Planning Tools: Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, Kanban, and Scrum.
Required Experience:
Software Development Lifecycle: Extensive experience with all stages of the software development lifecycle.
ITIL Experience: Knowledge of ITIL processes and technical expertise in running software delivery phases.
Stakeholder Engagement: Strong relationship management and conflict resolution skills, with experience engaging up to Director level.
Risk & Issue Management: Expertise in reporting, risk management, and problem-solving.
Agile Experience: A strong understanding of agile methodologies.
Team Coaching: Proven experience in managing and coaching teams.
Budget Management: Experience in managing project budgets and costs.
Leadership Skills:
Team Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
Mentoring: Proven experience in coaching and mentoring team members to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Management:
Clear Communication: Experience communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Conflict Resolution: Proven ability to manage expectations and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
Delivery Focus:
Track Record of Success: A demonstrated history of delivering high-quality products on time and within budget.
