Experience:

  • Act as the initial point of contact for all visitors and clients, delivering a warm and professional welcome.
  • Manage order processing, tracking, and invoicing.
  • Operate the reception area by handling calls, directing inquiries, and managing mail deliveries.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain various documents, including reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
  • Provide administrative support by arranging travel, coordinating expenses, and assisting with HR tasks such as employee records and company events.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Senior Administrator / Receptionist role or similar.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at interacting confidently across all levels.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities, ensuring efficient management of daily administrative duties.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in administrative tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
