Job Duties:
As a Delivery Truck Trailer Driver for Berry Crew LLC, you will:

• Deliver fresh produce grown on our farm in Southwest Michigan to a wholesale customer within a 100-mile radius.
• Transport agricultural products between our farms and facilities in Southwest Michigan using a 26′ straight truck.
• Handle safe driving, fueling, and basic maintenance of the delivery truck.
• Load and unload pallets onto docking bays and lift gates at market locations.
• Match invoices to product orders to ensure accurate deliveries and billing.

Job Requirements:

• Experience Required: Yes
• Months of Experience Required: 6
• Special Requirements:
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license suitable for operating a 26′ straight truck (GVW less than 26,001 pounds).
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English for coordinating deliveries and invoices.
  • Strong organizational skills for planning daily driving and delivery tasks.
  • Dependability and punctuality are crucial.
  • Ability to handle manual labor including light, medium, and sometimes heavy lifting.
  • Patience and skill in driving in heavy traffic.

Number of Hours Per Week: 40
Work Schedule: 8:00 A.M. – 3:30 P.M.
