Job Description:
Sierra Digital Inc. is seeking a Senior SAP HCM SuccessFactors EC Consultant for a full-time position. The role will be based in Houston, Texas, and is 100% onsite. We are open to H-1B visa transfers, and candidates on H-1B are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement and support SAP HCM EC (Employee Central) solutions.
Work closely with clients to ensure effective use of SuccessFactors Employee Central module.
Analyze business requirements and implement SAP solutions to meet those needs.
Provide support during implementation, upgrades, and other activities related to the SAP HCM EC solution.
Qualifications:
Strong experience with SAP HCM SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
Ability to handle complex configurations and implementations.
Strong communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
Experience working in a full-time onsite role.
