Remote Wedding Coordinator

We’re looking for a dedicated Wedding Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll help couples plan their perfect weddings, making sure everything goes smoothly and meets their expectations. You’ll work remotely, providing support to clients from afar.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with engaged couples to understand their wedding ideas and needs.
  • Work with clients to create detailed wedding plans, including choosing venues, vendors, and making timelines.
  • Recommend and negotiate with vendors for services like catering, photography, decor, and entertainment.
  • Help clients manage their wedding budgets to stay within financial limits.
  • Plan and manage the wedding day schedule to ensure everything flows well from the ceremony to the reception.
  • Handle any problems that come up before or during the wedding and find solutions to keep the event stress-free.
  • Provide remote support on the wedding day to fix any last-minute issues.
  • Collect feedback from clients and vendors to improve our planning services.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in wedding planning or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and people skills.
  • Creative with a good eye for design, able to turn a couple’s vision into reality.
  • Familiarity with wedding planning software is a plus.
  • Passionate about helping couples have their dream wedding.
