The Quality Assistant works closely with the Quality Manager. Their main job is to help the manager with tasks like checking, evaluating, and making sure products meet specific standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Quality Manager in all quality-related activities during production.
- Handle and complete quality documents such as ECNs (Engineering Change Notices), deviations, and NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports).
- Organize and distribute folders and work instructions to the production floor, and manage files on the server.
- Gather and prepare data for Certificates of Conformance and First Article documentation, along with other administrative tasks.
Additional Duties:
- Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Experience and Skills Requirements:
- Previous experience in quality control, especially in electronics, is preferred.
- Good understanding of commonly accepted quality standards in the industry.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer service orientation.
- Effective time management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
