Product Marketing Manager

Korn Ferry is working with our client to find a Product Marketing Manager.

The main goal of this role is to help launch new products successfully. This involves creating clear and persuasive messages and materials that help customers understand the benefits of our products. The Product Marketing Manager will study market trends, customer needs, and competitors to ensure our messaging is effective.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Messaging:
    • Develop compelling value propositions and product messaging for different customer types.
    • Explain technical features in a way that shows their benefits to customers.
    • Research market trends and customer needs to keep our messaging up-to-date.
  2. Product Communications:
    • Create internal documents about product positioning and customer feedback.
    • Develop content like sales tools, videos, and blog posts to support our communication with customers.
    • Ensure that our messaging is consistent across all marketing channels.
  3. Collaboration:
    • Work with different teams to plan and execute successful product launches.
    • Coordinate with sales teams to make sure our marketing messages are reflected in their materials.
    • Partner with the broader marketing team to improve our product campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • Proven track record in creating effective campaign messages and launching new products.
  • Experience working closely with Client Success/Commercial teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well in a diverse environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce & Pardot) is a plus.
  • Located in Europe or a similar time zone.
