Job Description Summary:
Kiss Products is seeking a Product Associate for its Lash Category to support the development, execution, and management of new and existing false eyelash products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including design, marketing, sourcing, and supply chain. Key Responsibilities:
Product Development Lifecycle: Assist in all stages, from ideation to product launch.
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct competitive research, trend analysis, and gather consumer insights to drive product innovation.
Product Samples & Tracking: Maintain and organize product samples, documentation, and tracking sheets.
Packaging Coordination: Work with packaging teams to ensure packaging accuracy and approval.
Vendor Communication: Coordinate with domestic and international vendors to manage timelines, track production, and request samples.
Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing team on product names, claims, and storytelling to ensure strong messaging.
Product Data Management: Help manage SKU-level data such as item specs, UPCs, pricing, and forecasts.
Team Support: Assist in creating internal presentations, reports, and participate in product review meetings.
Product Engagement: Attend photoshoots, consumer testing, and industry events.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)
Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience or exposure in a related field
Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills
Languages: Korean language skills (preferred but not required)
Compensation:
The anticipated compensation range is $19.25 – $36.55 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
