Data Services Team
Our Data Services team is growing quickly, especially in the area of de-risking pensions. This team collaborates with other experts at LCP and uses advanced technology to provide solutions for clients. We are looking for individuals who know about Defined Benefit pensions to join our team.
Your Role
You will work on various projects, closely collaborating with LCP’s de-risking team. Your tasks will include:
- Assisting pension schemes as they prepare for buy-outs and buy-ins.
- Helping with data preparation for GMP (Guaranteed Minimum Pension) and the future Pensions Dashboard.
- Supporting schemes in meeting regulatory data requirements.
- Working on internal projects like new business transitions.
Our clients include both current LCP clients and those from other providers who need our expertise.
Skills and Experience Required
- Knowledge of Defined Benefit (DB) pension schemes.
- Ability to manage conflicting workloads and meet deadlines.
- Interest in creating solutions for complex pension calculations.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to work within budgets and project scopes, with support from senior team members.
