Key Responsibilities
See 17–20 patients per day, Monday–Friday — no nights or weekends
Shared call rotation (currently 1:4 clinic-only, triaged through MyNurse)
Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care
Collaborate with the care team to improve outcomes and patient experience
Utilize EPIC EMR to coordinate care and manage clinical information
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues

Qualifications
MD or DO degree
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
Licensed or eligible for unrestricted medical practice in Iowa
DEA and state authorization to prescribe medications
H-1B Cap-Exempt eligibility
J-1 Waiver sponsorship available
