Role Overview:

As the Operational Excellence Manager, you will:

  • Analyze current processes to create more effective operational pathways.
  • Measure successes and failures, quantify data, and develop a detailed operational structure.
  • Transform the supply chain and ensure excellence in operational structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee business applications and support supply chain operations.
  • Streamline and maximize output within business systems.
  • Manage operational procedures and implement training.
  • Monitor and input data accurately to achieve correct outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Experience in process design, operations management, or similar roles in the automotive industry.

  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
