Job Duties:

• Crops: Trees
• Primary Responsibilities:
  • Building and maintaining logging roads.
  • Operating heavy equipment such as bulldozers, motor graders, front end loaders, chainsaws, dump or tractor trailer trucks, excavators, cranes, and similar road construction equipment.
  • Moving road-building equipment as needed.
  • Performing minor repairs and adjustments to equipment.
  • Conducting daily maintenance on equipment.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: Yes, minimum of 24 months of referenced, paid experience as an operating engineer related to building logging roads.
• Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
• Health: Must be in good health and physical condition.
• Weather Conditions: Must be able to work outdoors in adverse weather conditions.
• Licenses: Must hold a valid Class “A” or “B” driver’s license.

Work Schedule:

• Hours per Week: 48
• Shift: 5:00 A.M. – 3:30 P.M.

This position involves operating and maintaining various heavy equipment used in the construction and maintenance of logging roads. Workers must be experienced, in good physical condition, and capable of working in various weather conditions. A valid driver’s license is required.
