The Key Duties of the Office Administrator
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Directors and Engineers, including document formatting, PDF printing, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate lunchtime training seminars and manage lunch provision.
- Handle incoming calls, customer inquiries, and liaise with suppliers and other companies.
- Greet and assist clients during office visits.
