Marketing Executive

This role is pivotal in developing and executing marketing strategies that elevate our brand and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of marketing programs and materials.
• Brand Compliance: Review all projects to ensure they align with brand guidelines, ensuring campaign messages are effectively communicated.
• Strategic Partnerships: Build and nurture strategic relationships with industry players, agencies, and vendors to enhance marketing efforts.
• Marketing Strategy: Contribute ideas and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies, supporting the planning, execution, and tracking of campaigns, events, and initiatives.
• Support Functions: Assist management and external teams in various marketing activities, including campaign execution, initiative tracking, and program management.
• Ad Hoc Responsibilities: Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Line Manager, contributing to overall marketing effectiveness and operational success.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of relevant work experience in marketing roles, with proficiency in writing and editing.
• Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media strategies. Experience with SEO/SEM campaigns and proficiency in MS Office are essential.
• Preferred Skills: Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator for design tasks, and expertise in data analytics to measure campaign performance.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Strong creative and analytical skills, capable of solving complex challenges and enhancing marketing strategies.
• Agency Experience: Previous experience working in marketing agencies is advantageous, demonstrating an understanding of diverse client needs and industry standards.

Language Skills:

• Proficiency in English is required.
• Fluency in a second language is desirable.
