Applied Materials
Key Responsibilities
- Create and track metrics to understand trends in defective materials.
- Analyze data to reduce manufacturing defects and waste.
- Delegate tasks to reduce defective materials to team members and ensure completion.
- Lead meetings for project updates.
- Train Operations staff as needed.
- Develop and implement processes for manufacturing parts and assemblies.
- Coordinate with other engineering teams to improve new product quality.
- Identify and resolve issues during assembly or testing.
- Use lean six sigma methods for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Supplier Quality Engineers to reduce supplier-related quality issues.
- Manage supplier responses to manufacturing issues to keep operations running smoothly.
- Assist in managing stock and product containment to prevent production delays.
- Evaluate and update work methods and procedures as needed.

- Expertise in own area and basic understanding of related fields.

- Knowledge of industry best practices and market competition.

- Mentor less experienced colleagues and lead small projects.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience: 2 – 4 years

- Shift: 10-Day, 8-Hour (United States of America)
- Travel: Up to 10% required

- Salary Range: $72,000.00 – $99,000.00 (USD)
