Job Description

We are hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for a general maintenance role responsible for plant maintenance during the day shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the electrical maintenance of the plant
• Lead a team of skilled employees to keep equipment operational
• Assist in managing preventive maintenance programs and implementing corrective measures
• Supervise the training of electrical and electronics personnel

Qualifications:

• Strong industrial electrical background; experience with automation and electronics is a plus
• Proven experience supervising and leading maintenance teams
• Familiarity with working in a union environment
• Strong desire to learn and grow
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education:

• High School Diploma required
• Certificate of Qualification (422A or 309A) or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing maintenance role

Additional Requirements:

• Must be authorized to work in Canada on a full-time basis without requiring visa sponsorship.
