Job Overview:
We are looking for a Lead Auditor to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position. You will be responsible for conducting audits, assessing compliance, and leading audit teams to ensure clients meet required standards. You’ll also help train new auditors and manage client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Lead audits in different industry sectors and make sure audits follow SGS policies and procedures.
Manage and lead audit teams, making sure everyone understands their roles and that the audits are done correctly.
Prepare audit reports and clearly communicate findings to clients, explaining what actions they need to take.
Schedule audits efficiently to make the best use of time and maximize revenue.
Assist in training new auditors, including leading training sessions and observing audits.
Keep your skills up to date by meeting professional development requirements.
Answer client technical questions, report any issues, and help with business development activities.
Qualifications:
Education: You need at least post-secondary education or training equivalent to it.
Lead Auditor Certification: You must be approved by SGS as a Lead Auditor or Compliance Assessor.
Experience: At least 3 years of work experience in a business setting.
Driver’s License: You must have a valid driver’s license.
