Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized HR Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department with various administrative tasks, scheduling, and managing correspondence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the HR department.
- Scheduling and Correspondence: Schedule appointments and manage communication with employees and external contacts.
- Record Keeping: Maintain organized records and perform data entry tasks.
- Document Preparation: Assist in preparing and processing HR documents.
- Software Utilization: Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for various HR-related tasks.
- Additional Tasks: Support the HR team with any other tasks as required.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Administrative Skills: Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
- Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Scheduling Experience: Experience in scheduling and managing correspondence.
- Proficiency in Software: Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Data Entry: Experience with data entry tasks.
