About the Role:
Cambridge University Press & Assessment is seeking a Head of Insight Application and Strategy to join their English Propositions Team. This is a leadership role where you will spearhead the strategic application of pedagogical research and insights to drive the development of learning and assessment products.

As the Head of Insight, you will be responsible for:

Leading the annual strategic review of the Core English Strategy and embedding the outcomes across the organisation.
Developing and implementing an insight application strategy, ensuring that research-based pedagogical insights are applied to product development.
Managing and leading a team dedicated to delivering the strategy and ensuring collaborative working across all English teams.
Promoting and communicating the value of insight-driven products both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the strategic review process for the Core English Strategy, ensuring effective communication of outcomes.
Develop and drive the application of pedagogic research insights in product development, aligning with commercial and strategic objectives.
Lead a high-performing team to execute the strategy effectively.
Foster cross-functional collaborations to ensure a cohesive approach to integrating insights into products.
Communicate the value of research insights clearly and effectively within the company and to external stakeholders.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading teams and delivering on strategic priorities and business objectives.
Research and Education Background: A solid background in pedagogical research and education.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to apply research insights and develop actionable strategies that positively impact educational outcomes.
Stakeholder Management: Strong influencing and communication skills, with experience engaging stakeholders at all levels.
Collaboration and Problem-Solving: Effective collaboration skills with the ability to solve complex problems and bring new ideas to life.
