About the Role:
New Life Balance is an exciting, authentic brunch neighborhood restaurant in the heart of Chelsea, offering a vibrant and dynamic atmosphere. They are seeking a General Manager to lead and grow the restaurant business. As a General Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service while managing a passionate team.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and efficiency.
Lead, train, and develop the front-of-house teams to provide exceptional service.
Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure outstanding guest experiences.
Drive revenue by implementing sales strategies and meeting financial targets.
Manage budgets, stock control, and maintain supplier relationships.
Ensure compliance with health & safety and food hygiene regulations.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and staff empowerment.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a General Manager or Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
Strong track record in driving sales and creating a positive, collaborative work environment.
Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Commercial acumen, with experience in budgeting, P&L management, and cost control.
Hands-on, proactive approach and excellent problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of Spanish cuisine and culture is a plus.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
