About the Role

Ccube is urgently hiring a Generative AI/ML Engineer with expertise in NLP and Agentic AI to join our hybrid team in Alpharetta, Georgia. You’ll be part of a forward-thinking group shaping AI strategies and creating early-stage, high-impact solutions for real-world applications.

Key Objectives

Drive AI-focused R&D aligned with strategic goals.
Understand complex business problems and design AI-based solutions.
Lead cross-functional teams to identify AI use cases with strong ROI.
Ensure governance and ethical standards in ML applications.

Responsibilities

Advise senior leadership on AI strategies and implementation roadmaps.
Participate in solution architecture, process design, prototyping, and testing.
Guide product evolution based on performance feedback.
Conduct market and competitor analysis for AI and automation.
Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

8+ years in AI/ML solution development.
Strong experience in:

Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Deep Learning
Python, TensorFlow
LangChain, AutoGen, or other agentic frameworks
Solid knowledge of:

REST APIs
RDBMS and NoSQL systems
Object-oriented and functional programming
Familiarity with program governance and change enablement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or a related field.
Hands-on experience with cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Exposure to innovation accelerators is a plus.
