Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet residents warmly, explain menu choices clearly, and serve food with a smile.
- Dining Room Management: Keep the dining area clean and tidy, and manage food and beverage service in various areas like the Private Dining Room, Café, Sky Lounge Bistro, or special events.
- Handling Complaints: Address and resolve any complaints calmly and promptly, keeping the supervisor informed of any issues.
About You:
- Personality: Friendly, charming, and excellent at building rapport with residents.
- Experience: A year of experience working in a busy restaurant is advantageous.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle complaints effectively.
