Flight Attendant Training Package

We offer industry-leading training, including:

• Training pay of $1,500, paid in two installments

Responsibilities

Flight Attendants at Endeavor Air:

• Ensure passenger safety and comfort
• Maintain a positive attitude at all times
• Follow regulations and respond to emergencies
• Serve meals, beverages, and assist with luggage
• Provide customer service and assist passengers in need
• Make announcements and conduct safety demonstrations
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications include:

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to report to base within two hours
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluent in English
• Minimum age of 21
• Flexible schedule availability
• Valid passport
• Compliance with FAA regulations

Physical Requirements

Flight Attendants must:

• Sit or stand for long periods
• Handle emergency exits and aircraft doors
• Push, pull, or move heavy items
• Reach overhead bins and aisles
• Hear and respond in noisy environments

Starting pay ranges from $25.46 to $48.48 per hour, with guaranteed monthly hours.
