Flight Attendants at Endeavor ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for our passengers on every flight. We are looking for friendly professionals who excel in customer service.
Flight Attendant Training Package
We offer industry-leading training, including:
- Training pay of $1,500, paid in two installments
- Airfare to and from training in Minneapolis

Responsibilities
Flight Attendants at Endeavor Air:
- Ensure passenger safety and comfort
- Maintain a positive attitude at all times
- Follow regulations and respond to emergencies
- Serve meals, beverages, and assist with luggage
- Provide customer service and assist passengers in need
- Make announcements and conduct safety demonstrations
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications include:
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Ability to report to base within two hours
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English
- Minimum age of 21
- Flexible schedule availability
- Valid passport
- Compliance with FAA regulations
Physical Requirements
Flight Attendants must:
- Sit or stand for long periods
- Handle emergency exits and aircraft doors
- Push, pull, or move heavy items
- Reach overhead bins and aisles
- Hear and respond in noisy environments
