Job Summary
We are hiring a full-time worker to help with different tasks in our daily operations. You will work at our main site in Atwater, MN. The job is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. You will help with many kinds of work, such as organizing produce, loading and unloading boxes, helping with deliveries, and more.

This is a hands-on job. It will keep you active and busy throughout the day. We are looking for someone who is responsible, can follow instructions, and is willing to work as part of a team.

One special requirement is that you must have a driver’s license within 30 days of starting the job. You will also need to have a clean driving record. This means no recent traffic tickets, car accidents, or other problems with the law while driving.

Job Responsibilities
Here are some of the things you may do in this job:

Help organize fruits and vegetables
Load and unload produce boxes from trucks
Assist with deliveries to different locations
Keep work areas clean and safe
Follow directions from managers
Use basic tools and equipment safely
Help with basic paperwork if needed
Be on time every day and work full hours
Work well with others in a team
This job may include lifting, bending, walking, and standing for long periods of time. You should be comfortable doing physical work both indoors and outdoors.

Job Requirements
To do this job well, here are the things we are looking for:

Must get a driver’s license within 30 days of starting the job
Must have a clean driving record
Be at least 18 years old
Able to work 40 hours each week
Must be dependable and show up on time
Can follow instructions and safety rules
Able to do physical work (lifting, standing, moving boxes)
Friendly and able to work well with others
Willing to learn and take on new tasks
You do not need to have special schooling or past work experience. We will teach you what you need to know. But if you do have experience in produce work, delivery driving, or warehouse work, that is a plus.
