- Achieving a picking rate of 8 bushels or more per hour with minimal bruising.
- Sorting fruits based on color and size.
- Other farm tasks such as hay piling, vegetable picking, and field maintenance.
- Performing farm-related maintenance work including repairs, cleaning, and painting.
- Operating farm equipment, packing apples, and post-harvest processing.
- Food safety and worker protection training will be provided.
- No food, drinks, cell phones, or earbuds allowed in the workplace.

- Must be capable of picking 8 bushels or more of good apples per hour.
- Skilled in spot picking for color and size with no more than 5% bruising.
Responsibilities:
- Pruning and picking apples, with the ability to handle ladders weighing up to 100 pounds without causing damage to trees or apples.
- Piling hay in barns or wagons, harvesting vegetables, and clearing fields of brush or rocks.
- Performing farm maintenance tasks including building repairs, cleaning, painting, and fixing apple bins.
- May involve operating farm equipment, packing apples, and post-harvest processing.
