Summary
Executive Assistant to Chief Officer of Safety, Assets & Sustainability
At Stonewater, we are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide proactive and strategic support to our Chief Officer of Safety, Assets & Sustainability. In this role, you will manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include diary and travel management, meeting organization, project coordination, and handling communications. You will ensure efficient information flow, prepare presentations and reports, and offer high-quality support for meetings with Panels, customers, partners, and stakeholders.
You must be able to work autonomously, possess exceptional communication skills for interacting with colleagues at all levels, customers, and stakeholders, and handle confidential information with discretion.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have 5+ years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting executives or above, ideally within a similar sector or Registered Provider.
- Ideally hold a relevant qualification such as a degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Be proactive and able to work under pressure to meet objectives and deadlines.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills, including task and project management.
- Be proficient in Microsoft 365 applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Teams.
- Have critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to develop and edit reports and documents.
- Build credible relationships, influence stakeholders, and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Understand and commit to confidentiality.
- Be flexible to travel nationwide for meetings and align work patterns with the needs of the Chief Officer.
Appointment to this role is subject to satisfactory references and possession of a valid Right to Work document.
