Key Responsibilities:
- Writing Cold Emails: Create interesting emails that catch the attention of potential customers by writing clearly and convincingly.
- Developing Email Plans: Design complete email marketing plans that focus on guiding potential customers to become customers without needing to set up the campaigns themselves.
- Dividing Lists and Finding Targets: Divide email lists in a way that makes sure messages are personal and focused, which helps get people interested and gets more answers.
- A/B Experiments: Do tests to see what kinds of emails work better, so that more people will open them, click on links, and become customers.
- Making Content Together: Work closely with the team to make emails that people want to read and will be interested in becoming customers.
- Checking and Telling: Watch how the emails are doing, and use the information to plan and make future email plans better.
Skills Needed:
- Email Marketing: Have a history of good email marketing, especially in getting new customers and cold emailing.
- Know How to Use Email Tools: Know a lot about email tools for planning and checking, not just for making emails.
- Thinking with Data: Be good at seeing information about marketing and making plans that work.
- Talking in Writing: Be good at writing to tell people about things and making them think.
- Seeing the Small Stuff: Be very careful about all the parts of making emails and plans.
- Being a Good Teammate: Can work alone and with a team.
