The SASE opportunity is huge. Our solutions are top-notch, and customers need a trusted cybersecurity partner to create a zero-trust-based security setup. Our customers rely on us for critical transformations, and our solutions will help us achieve that.
As a District Sales Manager, you will lead a team of field sellers to maximize business growth. You will develop and manage your team to generate revenue and meet individual, team, and organizational goals.
We want a first-line sales leader with energy, leadership, and initiative to drive team performance and revenue growth.
Your Impact
- Understand your customers’ needs by researching their priorities
- Support your team by participating in and leading meetings with potential customers
- Dive into weekly territory pipeline and forecasting activities to coach your team on strategies to close deals
- Engage in territory planning, relationship development, and opportunity management to drive revenue
- Lead a high-performance sales culture, delivering results in bookings, sales development, and forecast accuracy while mentoring your team
- Have deep technical knowledge of our products to help solve customer problems
- Drive and oversee team selling opportunities
- Hold your team and yourself accountable to achieve goals while staying forward-thinking when faced with setbacks
- Communicate effectively with leaders at all levels, including the C-suite, and build trusting relationships
- Influence others through change management
- Develop a winning team, including recruiting, hiring, and training while upholding our core values
Qualifications
Your Experience
- Experience with SaaS-based architectures, ideally in networking and/or security – SASE technology is a plus
- Experience with channel and partner sales models
- Proven leader with the ability to create high-performing teams in a growing sales environment
- Consistent track record of successful sales pipeline management and results
- Highly driven individual with a focus on execution and a strong sense of urgency with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Consistently deliver revenue numbers and goals while focusing on team development and growth
- Capable of managing significant client escalations and issues
- Excellent at influencing others, both externally and internally, with effective communication and building consensus across various groups
- A leader who also excels as a team player, building excellent collaboration with cross-functional teams
