About the Job

Are you a digital expert? We’re looking for a new Digital Product Manager for our Metcash Food Digital Connect Store & Loyalty team. We need someone to lead our Retailer Digital Marketing Platform, create strategies, and deliver great products that meet customer needs and help our business grow.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Product Strategy: Shape the direction of our digital products, focusing on the Retailer Digital Marketing Platform.
• Manage Daily Operations: Become the go-to expert on important product areas and manage daily tasks.
• Execute Plans: Turn product ideas into real plans and see them through to completion.
• Work with Teams: Collaborate with UX, design, and engineering teams to make sure everything runs smoothly.
• Improve Products: Listen to feedback from retailers, shoppers, and stakeholders, and use it to make our products better.

You’re a Great Fit If

• You have 3+ years of experience in product management, especially with digital products.
• You’re a problem-solver who loves data and has a curious mindset.
• You communicate well and can influence people at all levels.
• You know agile methods, lead scrums, and manage backlogs effectively.
• You’ve delivered innovative solutions that customers love.
• You have a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
• You have 5+ years of experience working in digital teams (experience in both agencies and in-house roles is a plus).
