Job Description

This role is crucial for improving digital marketing performance and collaborating with various leaders across our business. You’ll work closely with sales teams, technology leaders, product managers, data analysts, and marketing teams to develop strategies that drive digital sales and leads.

You will lead teams from different departments, including Marketing, channel platforms, and business sales teams. Your main goal is to help Old Mutual achieve its eCommerce goals by increasing digital sales.

• Create and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve sales and lead targets.
• Provide market research to business segments to support sales planning.
• Work with the Channel Platform team to optimize sales journeys based on customer insights and needs.
• Build a data-driven culture to make informed decisions and measure the return on digital marketing investments.
• Establish and achieve KPIs to analyze digital marketing performance, identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing analytics, channel platforms, and sales teams to report on digital marketing performance and its impact on business targets.

Requirements: Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

• Degree in marketing or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role.
• Understanding of Old Mutual’s customers, distribution channels, and marketing structures.
• Experience in financial services is preferred.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and business drivers.
