The Opportunity:
We are looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst to enhance our marketing strategies and drive growth through data-driven insights. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining metrics, reports, and dashboards that inform business and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Metrics and Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards.
- Data Systems: Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, and analytics strategies to optimize efficiency and quality.
- Campaign Analysis: Create benchmarks and comprehensive reports to assess marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Data Insights: Track campaign performance, provide actionable insights, and develop new approaches to grow and engage our user base.
- Efficiency Evaluation: Evaluate internal systems for efficiency and accuracy, and develop protocols for data handling and processing.
- Communication: Present key findings, performance trends, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Process Improvement: Support process analysis, identify inefficiencies, and design optimized solutions.
- Ad-hoc Analysis: Perform additional analyses as requested.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in data analytics, with at least 3 years in direct-to-consumer marketing.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, analytics, or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency with data visualization tools, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.
- Technical Skills: Strong SQL or Excel skills, with aptitude for learning other analytics tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years in subscription marketing.
- Additional Skills: Experience with database and model design, and segmentation techniques.
Benefits:
- Salary: $100,000 – $125,000, based on experience.
