As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Guesty, you’ll be key to keeping our clients happy. You will be their main contact, making sure their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. Your job is to help clients succeed, find growth opportunities, and contribute to our company’s success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Trusted Advisor: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor within the company.
- Onboarding: Help clients through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition from sales to using our services.
- Retention and Growth: Manage your clients to keep them satisfied and look for opportunities to help them grow.
- Business Reviews: Regularly review client performance, find areas for improvement, and suggest new solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our products and their features to provide the best advice.
Key Skills:
- Communication: Excellent at talking and writing clearly to clients and team members.
- Relationship Management: Skilled at building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Negotiation: Experience in negotiating contracts and handling objections.
- Problem-Solving: Good at finding solutions to client issues.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze situations and give valuable advice to clients.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Team Player: Willing to work closely with different teams to achieve great results for clients.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in account management or customer success in the SaaS or tech industry.
- Track record of meeting sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus) and proficiency in Google Suite.
Compensation:
- $70K base salary plus additional compensation.
