Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative at Nampak, you will undertake the following responsibilities:
- Processing valid sales orders to facilitate seamless transactions.
- Maintaining accurate stock records to ensure efficient inventory management.
- Ensuring on-time deliveries to customers, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Managing the debtors’ book to keep financial records up to date.
- Processing service bills accurately and promptly.
- Handling sales orders specifically for customers in Port Elizabeth (PE) and Durban.
- Receiving and dispatching stock to maintain supply chain efficiency.
- Performing receptionist duties to manage incoming calls and visitors professionally.
To Excel in This Role, You Should Possess:
- A Grade 12 qualification (equivalent to high school diploma).
- A diploma in stock control, finance, or an equivalent field, demonstrating your knowledge and skills in these areas.
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
- Excellent phone etiquette to effectively communicate with customers and stakeholders.
