Job Summary:
As a Crew Member at McDonald’s, you will help customers, prepare food, and keep the restaurant clean. You’ll play a key role in making sure customers have a good experience while working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
As a Crew Member, your job will include:

• Customer Service: Greet and help guests quickly and politely.

• Food Preparation: Prepare and serve food items following McDonald’s standards.

• Cash Handling: Use the register (POS system) to take payments and handle money carefully.

• Cleanliness: Keep the dining area and kitchen clean and organized.

• Training: Help train new crew members on how to do their jobs and how to treat customers well.

• Teamwork: Work well with your team to make sure the restaurant runs smoothly.

Requirements:
You do not need experience, but if you have worked in food service or retail before, it’s a plus. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:

• Cash Handling Skills: Be careful with money and give correct change.

• Fast-Paced Work: Be able to work quickly while doing a good job.

• Communication: Be friendly and able to talk to customers and teammates.

• Math Skills: Be able to do simple math for handling cash and inventory.

Pay and Benefits:
