We’re looking for a Contract Coordinator to join our team at Xyla, part of Acacium Group. This role is crucial within our division, coordinating bookings for service user assessments aligned with Continuing Health Care. You’ll collaborate with various stakeholders, ensuring operational KPIs are met according to service agreements.

As a Contract Coordinator, you’ll represent Xyla to service users and stakeholders, facilitating assessment services that enhance patient flow and improve lives. You’ll manage end-to-end assessment processes, serving as the primary contact for service users, families, and professional bodies.

Xyla, part of Acacium Group, provides integrated healthcare solutions that support individuals within the UK healthcare system, promoting community and home-based care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate assessments, set KPIs, manage reports, and maintain stakeholder relationships.
  • Continuously improve processes and service delivery.
  • Meet with service users and families sensitively and empathetically during stressful times.
  • Progress assessments, manage expectations, and build strong relationships with multiple parties involved.
