EMAPPLY is looking for a skilled Business Development Manager to join an Australian accounting firm’s team. As a Business Development Manager, you’ll focus on identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role is pivotal in shaping the company’s growth and success within the dynamic accounting industry.

Role: Business Development Manager
Hours: Monday-Friday, 1am-9am SAST
Salary: R25,000 – R30,000 per month

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet growth targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and prospecting.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential clients.
  • Lead the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Prepare and present compelling presentations and proposals showcasing company offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of sales initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Provide feedback to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role.
  • Track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Prior experience in the recruitment industry is advantageous.
