WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Bain Associate Consultant, you’ll use your analytical, interpersonal, creative, business, and leadership skills right from the start. You’ll begin as a generalist, working alongside top professionals. Every day will be different, but here are some examples of what you might do:

• Provide clients with key data and analysis to drive solutions and change
• Work in different roles depending on the team’s goals
• Gather and analyze information, then present your findings to your team
• Interview clients’ customers, competitors, suppliers, and employees, using this info to help shape strategic recommendations

ABOUT YOU:

• University degree from a top institution
• A team player who can also think independently
• Strong analytical skills, curiosity, and creative thinking
• Able to meet deadlines, stay organized, and multitask
• Strong communication skills (spoken and written)
• Fluent in English
• Additional languages or visa requirements may apply, depending on the office

COMPENSATION:

For all locations, the pay for this role is competitive and varies by location and factors like experience, education, and skills.

For the U.S., compensation includes:

• Base salary: $112,000 (First Year AC)
• Annual performance bonus
• 401(k) plan with company contributions (starting at 4.5%)
